1.Please use 1 AA battery (not included), please do not use alkaline batteries and some rechargeable batteries, as this can affect the lifespan and inaccurate timing of exercise.
2.Before starting to use this product, please set the time manually. Please adjust the time by turning the gears on the back of the clock, do not turn the hands directly to avoid damaging the clock mechanism.
3.If the time is inaccurate during use, please replace the battery in time.
